Every purchase made at Discovery Shop helps support the American Cancer Society's mission to save lives, celebrate lives, and lead the fight for a world without cancer. Because our merchandise is donated, all items are sold as is, and all sales are final.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on merchandise purchases.

Limited Exceptions

In rare circumstances, a return or refund may be considered at the discretion of store management when:

• The original receipt is presented.
  
• An electronic item is found to be non-working shortly after purchase.
  
• A significant quality issue was overlooked at the time of sale.

Approval of any exception is determined solely by Discovery Shop management.
